Leadership Coaching

I work one-on-one with leaders who are navigating complexity, challenge, and change and want space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention.

We’ll collaborate in a confidential, values-aligned space to:

  • Explore challenges, transitions, and decisions

  • Build awareness, clarity, and confidence

  • Strengthen judgment and ownership over time

  • Translate insight into intentional, effective action

Coaching partnerships are collaborative and adaptive, shaped and driven by what’s most present and useful for the leader.

Engagements often look like:

  • Short-term leader reflection and thought-partnership (e.g. bi-weekly, for 3-6 months)

  • Ongoing leadership coaching (e.g. bi-weekly, for 6-12 months)

  • Focused support during periods of organizational transition, change, or tension (e.g. weekly, for 2-3 months)

Engagements can include:

  • Team or direct reports meeting observations and debriefs

  • Real-time support during periods of heightened complexity

Organizational Partnership

I partner with organizations navigating moments of complexity, challenge, and change, particularly where people, systems, and culture intersect.

This work often includes:

  • Coaching-informed advisory support for senior leaders

  • Facilitation of leadership or cross-functional conversations

  • Support around team and leadership structures and ways of working

  • Sense-making and alignment during periods of change

Organizational partnerships focus on ensuring decisions and systems are grounded in how people are treated, supported, and developed, strengthening culture and improving outcomes.

Engagements often look like:

  • Ongoing coaching for cohort of leaders or leadership team (e.g. monthly, for 6-12 months)

  • Leadership team reflection and thought-partnership during a period of transition or growth (e.g. bi-weekly, for 3-6 months)

  • Coaching-informed advisory support focused on people and communication structures and principles (e.g. weekly, for 2-3 months)

Engagements can include:

  • Organizational structure and role clarity assessments

  • Review of communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Assessment of leadership development systems and accountability structures
